Service Description
Custom course adapted to your needs: Self-Defense, Fitness, Self Confidence, Trauma/Stress relief or Competition. The training focuses on the following elements: - Cardio, Running/Jump Roping, Footwork, Technical breakdown of Punches, Elbows, Knees and Kicks, Pad hitting rounds, Body core, neck and shoulder exercises. - Mirror drills for perfecting technique, bag work for power. - Mits and Thaï Pads are used for rounds focusing on technique, combinations, speed, defense & power. - Advanced boxing focuses on pad work, clinch work, foot work defense, feints, fight strategy and sparring.

For 1-on-1 Classes: - To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance or class will be charged fully. - Classes are non-transferable. - Classes have a 6 month expiration date. For Seminar Passes: All sales are FINAL and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
